Welcome!
The Michigan Compensation Association (MoCA) is a professional group of Total Rewards (Compensation-Benefits-Worklife) practitioners working in Michigan.
MoCA was formed back in 1987 with a goal to promote the free exchange of valuable information of common interests to our members.  We believe that by sharing our knowledge, expertise, and experiences with one another, we can not only grow both personally and professionally, but can also contribute to the degree of professionalism in the Human Resources function of our organizations.

WorldatWork Certification Classes are held locally.
