Committee development is also something that will be underway in 2008 and if you cannot commit to becoming a MoCA Board member, but do wish to get more involved, we hope you'll consider joining one of our many committees.

Jan McAdams
Jan has been a member of MoCA since 1996 and a member of WorldatWork since 1991. She is currently Director, Compensation and Benefits at BorgWarner Inc. She has been in human resources for over 23 years, specializing in compensation and benefits for the past 16 years. Prior to BorgWarner, she held senior HR positions at Metaldyne, Simpson Industries and Donnelly Corporation in Holland. She holds a Bachelors degree in International Relations and a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations, both from Michigan State University. Kim Kuefler
Kim has been a member of WorldatWork and MoCA since 1993. She is Director of Total Rewards for Plante & Moran, PLLC, a Public Accounting firm headquartered in the US. She has over 20 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS and process engineering in service, consulting and manufacturing organizations. She holds a Bachelors degree from Oakland University and is currently pursuing a GRP/CBP from WorldatWork. Tonjia Poole
Tonjia has been a Human Resource professional for over 20 years with experience in both Healthcare and Manufacturing. As a Manager in Corporate Compensation for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan she is responsible for base compensation and corporate incentive programs. Jennifer Brown
Jennifer has been a member of MoCA and WorldatWork since 2003. As the Regional, Talent Manager for the Commercial Vehicle division at ArvinMeritor, she is responsible for managing the talent pipeline through the use of performance management, skill competency assessments and succession development planning. Jennifer has over 9 years of experience in Human Resources, in the automotive industry. She holds a Bachelor degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University. Carol Curtis
Carol rejoined MoCA in 2004 after returning to the states, and has been a member of WorldatWork since 1998. She is currently Vice President of Global Compensation, Benefits and HRIM at Kelly Services, with global responsibility for Total Rewards for Kelly’s full-time employees based in 33 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a specialization in compensation. Prior to Kelly Services, she held senior HR positions at National Australia Bank based in Melbourne, Australia and Michigan National Corporation. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Michigan-Dearborn and is currently pursuing a M.B.A. from Walsh College. 248-244-4574

Pamela holds a Master's degree from Walsh College in Management and a Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan. Angela Stio
Angela is currently Compensation Program Coordinator with American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. at their World Headquarters in Detroit and recently served as President for the “Michigan Compensation Association (MoCA)”. Angela relocated to Michigan from Colorado four years ago, where she served as a Board Member with the “Rocky Mountain Compensation Association (RMCA)” for four years. Angela has over eighteen years experience in Global Total Rewards, working in many states and industries. She holds both her BBA and MBA.
